1. Who we are
Infowyse is a trading name of Finwyse UK Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 06266058), registered office 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Finwyse UK Limited is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: joseph@infowyse.homes.
2. What we collect and where from
- Business contact details from public sources. We research businesses that may benefit from our services. From public sources such as a business’s own website and its public business listings (for example Google Maps), and the Companies House register, we collect business name, address, website, business phone number, business email addresses, and where published the name and role of people at the business.
- Enquiries you send us. Your name, company, email, phone (optional), sector and message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Our correspondence and call notes. Emails exchanged, whether you replied or asked us to stop, and notes or outcomes from calls (see section 4).
- Opt-out records. The email address or phone number you ask us not to contact again.
We do not seek to collect sensitive (special category) data, and we do not buy or rent mailing lists.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- Business-to-business outreach: introducing our services to businesses by email or phone. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in promoting our services to businesses that may benefit. We contact businesses through business channels, keep messages relevant, identify ourselves, and make it easy to object. We email limited companies and other corporate bodies; we do not send unsolicited marketing emails to individuals or sole traders without consent.
- Replying to enquiries and providing our services. Lawful basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract, the contract itself, or our legitimate interests in responding.
- Keeping opt-out (suppression) records so we never contact you again after you object. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Phone calls
We may phone business numbers. Some of our calls are made by an AI voice assistant acting on our behalf, which will say that it is calling from Infowyse. Calls made this way may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and check quality. Before calling, we screen business numbers against the UK Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) and our own do-not-call list. You can ask us at any time to stop calling.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers (processors) who act only on our instructions:
- Zoho (business email)
- Google (spreadsheets used for our lead and call records)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection)
- Apify (collecting public business listing information)
- Our AI calling and automation providers (call handling and transcription, and our own automation server)
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge for certified organisations) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to protect your data.
7. How long we keep it
- Prospect research and outreach records: up to 24 months from our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Enquiries and client records: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or provide our services, and then as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Opt-out records: kept for as long as we carry out outreach, holding only the minimum needed (your email address or phone number) so we can honour your request.
8. Your rights and how to object
You have the right to object to our use of your data for direct marketing at any time, and we will stop. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
To stop hearing from us: reply “STOP” to any email, email joseph@infowyse.homes, tell us on a call, or use our opt-out page. We act on opt-outs within 2 working days.
For other requests, email joseph@infowyse.homes. We will reply within one month.
9. If you are in the United States
Our commercial emails identify us as the sender, give our postal address (160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom), and include a clear way to opt out. We honour opt-out requests within 2 working days, well inside the 10 business days required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and we do not sell or transfer opted-out addresses.
10. This website
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies (see our cookie policy). Our hosting and spam-protection provider (Cloudflare, including Turnstile on our forms) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely and to tell people from bots.
11. Contact and complaints
